Cart Help

Go to the page which contains the item you wish to buy. Choose which you want on that page and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will see at the top right that it has been added to your list and the running total. If at any time you wish to delete anything from your list simply click "Cart Contents" and you will see the option to remove items.

When you have finished shopping click the "Checkout", again located on the top right. Here you will be prompted to put in your email address and password if you are a returning customer or to give full details if you are a new customer. (You will only need do this once, from then on you will have an "account" with us, you will be able to track you orders, view past orders and sign in quickly when you return here to shop).

Finally you will be taken to the secure area to input your Credit Card details if that is your preferred method of payment.


Guarantee

If for any reason you need to return your paints or products they must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt - 21 days if outside the UK. On receipt of your package your credit/debit card will be refunded with the cost of the item and also the cost of return postage to our offices and in the case of a cheque payment, a refund cheque will be sent to you. Please return items by recorded delivery or obtain a proof of postage.

Remember your credit card company is always your protection in any dispute with a mail order company. Any breach of a merchant terms and conditions is taken very seriously by your credit card provider so it always pays to use your credit card for whatever you purchase.
